Each internal sales team is expected to do everything in their power to hit these numbers. As a team, we will help each other as much as possible. These numbers will increase monthly as we grow our teams.

PER EACH TEAM MEMBER:

  • $125,500 Revenue (sample numbers)
  • $75,300 Cash Collected
  • Closing Rate = 30% on calls taken
  • <1% Data Reporting Errors

FOR THE ENTIRE TEAM:

  • $502,000 Revenue
  • $301,200 Cash Collected
  • 30% Closing Rate
  • <1% Data Reporting Errors

Bottom Threshold KPI's:

  • Closing Rate Per Call taken: 20%

These were averaged and agreed upon by the sales reps
